First thing first, this is not an airport. It's a defence airstrip with a shed masquerading as airport. Entry is right at the highway, you can't park or wait here as heavy vehicles keep on plying. When it rains be ready for some adventure. Roll your trousers up and waddle through the knee deep water to board the aircraft. That's just a day to day thing at this airport. I know the reason for such overcrowding is that the number of passengers availing services here has just exploded over last 3-4 years when commercial services started. But that's no reason to keep on adding more flights with minimum area even to stand. In this pandemic people were jam packed to board. Security check is just for show off. Pray to almighty and board from here. I don't have much choice as it's my hometown!

Cleanliness and Hygiene is an issue, but hassles are very less. You can quickly get the boarding pass and security checks done. Staff is very helpful and cooperative

Civil airport is small and have around connection with 5 cities having 9 flights daily.Good in terms of connectivity but need much improvement on facilities which should be at airport.Parking is good for vehicle with cost 50 rupees for 2 hours.

One of the most arrogant and illiterate cops you will find at this Airport. You can't get worst Airport than this in terms of people management. You will literally feel that they are doing favor on you by letting you come to Airport. This is one of the worst Airport that you can ever be at. You will find staff and security at it's worst. It is better to be at train station than at this Airport.
