First time I went for consultation, I was having a good feeling about the doctor but when I approached second time not for the CONSULTATION, 'just to ask the number of quantity about the medicine she advised' because it was not available at that time. So, I have to purchase later but I forget the quantity, I was asked to pay the consultation fee again because I passed 10 days from the day she consulted. I personally don't like this behaviour specially from the reception staff, they're very rude. PS: Ask everything at your first visit if you're going to this clinic. No further question entertained without paying CONSULATION FEE again for NO CONSULTATION.

She is very friendly, explained all the problems clearly and very much professional. I would like to recommend everyone to visit her clinic if they are facing any problem regarding ENT, All the safety precautions are taken in the clinic. Really appreciate her help. Thank you! Dr poonam is a very good doctor. After my ear infection was diagnosed, I changed different doctors. Yet no effect. But when I came to mam. She successfully cured my problem and now its almost half a month. My problem is fully cured. Best E & T doctor in Vidisha. Although she is a bit strict about her treatment. But it's necessary to give the successful treatment with appropriate medications in this current scenario of pandemic. Big thanks to Dr poonam mam n her staff. Highly recommended to many people out there for best cure.
