Issue raised through @[email protected] regarding awb no. 1904155063023. If no action taken, we will launching FIR against your company.They misplaced my parcel, and not even taking action on our issue. We have been visiting the delhivery office everyday since the last 10 days but there are not at all concerned in solving it. They say we cannot do anything, please email us, the higher authorities can only take action. But the higher authority does not seem to care for the companys' reputation . The parcel was very urgently needed that's why we used delhivery service, we were not known about such pathetic service it was offering. You need to resolve it ASAP, or you will be facing legal consequences.

My order is delayed from this place. Very disappointed. Every order from this service 100% delayed. Not delivered within time. Delivery not try to call for delivery and paste the status trying to deliver the order but customer is not availablen.

My product is still not delivered just delay like irresponsible people. Please be responsible for your work. Product came from pune to Bilaspur in just 1 and half days and here these people are delaying it for 5 days
