When you read the story regarding this fort, it just says it was built in 12 century.......so basically it is more than 800 years old. There were many rulers who have through here. The fort has the Badal Mahal which looks fabulous in rainy season.....and it has many talabs too. The fort gives historical preview of the architecture and luxury lifes of the nawabs and kings living there. The fort has no ticket......just the parking ticket, which is also negligible. But you have to walk a little because it on mountain😁😁😁 and steps are steep too.

Beautiful masjid in raisen fort... built by mughal emperor sher shah suri located at the top of the hill... and there is also a small museum in the campus of this masjid.. Must visit this masjid..
