Bad service of food room not clean staff is very unprofessional and staff and management is not kind for the customer notables and blankets available in rooms you have to carry on we are from Delhi and we had a very bad experience of this hotelI recommend please don't go there is it just a waste of time and waste of money

OYO 25042 vikramaditya hotel 1. Room is not at all showed in the image on oyo app ( suite ) mentioned 375 sq.ft which is not of 250 sq.ft . Differ from image to. 2. Ac remote is no provided . I call room service 3 time he didn't gave me remote. 3. Tv -DTH is not recharged.Why you have tv . 4. Security - they gave me key of room 202 which is already occupied i saw bags in there i complained then 201 key. 5. I reached at 12.00 checked in at 12.45. 6. Hot water is not hot at all. 7. Toiletries - body wash expired . Too much noise because near by weeding going on something to in hotel. Thats why checked out in just 5.00 pm in just 4 hours .

Just an average and economical hotel on Indore road. Located on prime area i.e. on Shanti palace square. You will get connectivity to Indore just infornt of the hotel, buses operated by AICTSL. Hotel ambiance is just okay. Their food is very good specially tea and coffee. Room service not pay attention on your complete order, they just deliver your half order at a time, like if you order tea and toast then they forgot toast with tea. What I don't like that their rooms doesn't have proper tonnage capacity of AC. Like requirement of 1.5 ton AC they have 1 ton AC due to which cooling in a hot summer day becomes impossible for AC specially on the top floor. Water closets are also not completely clean, old faucets and commodes. And about that lift, it breakdown 48 times in 24 hours. Parking space is good. Food room delivery service is available. Restaurant prices are reasonable. Overall you can consider this hotel for a reasonable and economical price range in ujjain.
