The Hotel is under OYO and is too pathetic. The images in OYO app is not the reality. The AC do not work, WiFi do not work and rooms sting. There is no Tooth kit and basics given. I do not recommend this Hotel.

Hotel Rumaya is Ujjain-Indore road, approx 6 Km from Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga. Hotel is on highway and surrounded by quite open area, so good for fresh air and little away from crowdy city. Rooms are bit small and have almost no uncovered after bed and other furniture. However room and bathroom was well maintained and clean. They do serve breakfast but only 2-3 options, they do not serve lunch or dinner, one can order food through swiggy or zomato. Reception staff was quite supportive, service staff was at par.
