No one at the counter for 1 whole hour, after that they have never seen or heard about an extra baggage ticket. Go to the main office in Hazratganj if you want the staff to be knowledgeable

All things good except reschedule the flight. Don't know why.... Airlines should stick to the time what have mentioned at the time of booking.... time is very important especially when you travel via Aeroplane....

I don't take air india flight in future, even free of cost. Very roud behave in flight. Service also very bad. I lost my luggage at flight AI931 on 2nd Jan from LKO-BOM-JED. Still no any information about my checked luggage bag Tag No AI770279.
