[18/01/2019] We visited this Dental clinic today around 3:30 pm, upon reaching we were told by the employees to wait till 5pm as the Doctor was on Lunch break. We waited till 5pm as told, the odd thing about this Clinic is that the waiting room is Occupied by the employees who were busy sleeping on the Couches, which are ment for the patients. So we have to wait almost 2 hours for the doctor outside the Clinic in the dust Ughh.nThe Doctors were good and very punctual (5 starts for that) the reason why I'm rating this clinic low is because:n• One of the Employee was very rude and need to be taught how to talk properly to the patients.n(As though he was making a big favour for us.)nWhen we were inquiring about the Doctor he replied in a very rude and harsh tone.n• The above mentioned employee (in a harsh tone again) ordered us to remove our footwear before entering the Doctor's chamber, that's fine but the floor wasn't clean , the footwear provided by them was also very dirty and dusty (probably not been washed for a decade pff) and all the employees were entering the Doctor's chamber with their shoes and trust me our shoes were more cleaner than theirs, the smell of their socks in the waiting room made things worse.nnP/s.
