Excellent food with friendly staff

Ambience 1/5 food 1/5 ok ok there is basically no local taste it is all made in very continental way so i don't think any indian wood like the food good for foreigners

Very bad food quality!

This beautiful restaurant is part of the Seesh Mahal Hotel which is located inside Fort Jahgir (these matrioskas of local restaurants-historic buildings are typical of India) and is managed by the Indian Tourist Office. Its walls and columns, with their Mughal and Rajput style mixed together, are a delight for the view, and you will imagine arriving at any moment to dine Emperor Jahangir together with King Bir Deo and all his court . Taking a cue from this richly decorated room, you can imagine all the buildings of Fort Jahgir, which you will have visited in the afternoon, decorated in the same way. Returning for a moment to reality I can tell you that this restaurant offers Indian, Chinese and continental dishes and on its menu you will also find beer and wine (which is rare here in India, I think due to the fact that it needs a special license to sell alcohol). For Indian dishes I can tell you that they are really excellent, as well as excellent are French fries (pardon, French!), Fried in an unusual way.
