Great food preparation, nice and innovative cocktails. Food options were all new age and presentation was appealing too. I felt the vegetarian spread was a little less compared to the non veggie section but the taste of each of the dishes we ordered was perfect, so cant complain. We had the cottage cheese steak and farmhouse pizza. Awesome ambience. Highly recommend. The staff was really nice too.

Good food with good ambiance and good pricing

Eighteen 17 or 1817 Cookhouse & Bar is Shimla town's one of the most decent eatery. The name itself speaks for its uniqueness while the food crafts, interiors along with the prompt service make it a trustworthy choice to look out for.

Best Daal makhani in Shimla - Simply that. 10/10 score for the food we ate here. We ate at different restaurants across the city during our holiday and this was by far the best.

Classy fine dine restaurant serving scrumptious North Indian delicacies. Food served is just top notch! Staff is well informed and nice to talk to. Every single thing we ordered was superb. Loved the bhatti ka murgh and fish ajwaini tikka which we had for starters, with the murgh tikka being the best I have had till now and this was the star dish. Chicken tikka pieces, perfectly prepared, juicy, extra spicy and flavourful! Coming to the main course, we had the Malai Kofta which was soft and had a thick flavourful gravy. Definitely the best restaurant serving North Indian cuisine and had a wonderful time.
