Great place with great ambience. I had ordered Dimsums and Drums of heaven which were great. The washrooms were great and clean. The beer was pretty good, though I would prefer lager over apple cider but its a personal preference. The only drawback in my opinion was the limited variety in whiskies and gin. Great place and one of a kind in Solan. Must try!

Great place with the best ambience great staff... The food is delicious mocktails are amazing.. great place to spend time with friends/family.nI highly recommend tandoori chicken momos

The 1 star is for great ambience with light music. My visit was highly dissatisfied as the quantity served is too less. Then they brought the wrong order and even refused to change it. This happened to me for the first time. Staff not very pliable and doesn't accept the mistake. Quite disappointed but i think improvimprovement is possible starting with training the staff and increasing the quantities of food served. The policy of changing wrong order is most important now a days. The staff is respectful but cheap.

Two stars I am giving for the atmosphere, quality of food and aura.. Dissatisfied because of poor communication gap over phone. Whatever offers & discounts offered on phone call while we enquired were not given at the time of billing. When we asked that is the discount mentioned in bill, staff said it’s already been given.. and it’s no where mentioned on invoice and few extra charges for the stuff which we didn’t even consumed, I found it funny, the person over call is saying pls come & take your pending stuff today. It’s not matter of money or stuff, it’s matter of experience a customer gets specially if he or she had heard about “Story house” and visits for the first time after hearing a positive feedback.
