Nice budget hotel near Patnitop. A bit isolated and near the top, but closer to nature. Nice view of the valley below. Recommended for large male groups, though not very advisable for small family. Local dhaba for early morning tea or breakfast. Car washing facility available nearby

Located in Batote on Batote Patni top road. Little outside from Batote main market. But not too far from market. NHPC guest house is also located in this hotel. Atmosphere is cold during winter but very pleasant from April to August.

Very Bad Customer Service. Never book any room in this Hotel. We booked 2 rooms with 5 person occupancy. Despite that they asked for extra charge for 5th person. No Hygenic food available. No Menu available. If you order any eatable then they bring it from local Dhaba where chapati are wrapped with newspaper and charges are high like a fine dine restaurant. We are extremely unhappy with overall experience.
