As I am using goioibo app from last 1 1/2 year with another account.nthis is my new account and as you can check that I booked a ticket from katra to new delhi for 6th June 2019 from Hari travels by goioibo app.nnwhen I was in katra on 5th June I asked from Hari travels agent that where my bus will come for pickup . then he told me that bus was cancelled and in your app it was showing that bus wasn't cancelled. He told that you will get your refund. But I didn't get.nnI know that it's not a mistake of goioibo because bus wasn't cancelled. it was only a mistake of Hari travels agency.nnSo it's my huge request that take a bold action on them or remove them from goioibo because may be it will breaky trust on goioibonnthanku,

Shri Ramanabhai had arranged our travel to Shimla Manali Mathura Agra. It was wonderful, we had booked from Mumbai and we had nothing to worry. Pick up was on time at Delhi air port, hotels were really good & over all best in class service by Shri Ramanji. Thanks to the technology that we did not meet also to discuss. everything over phone and your itinerary will be confirmed.nnWe had hassle free & most amazing tour with New Hari Travels.nnExtra care was taken for Senior citizens too.nnThanks a lot New Hari travels for making our trip most memorable.

It's too bad service suggest to all can't book by any bus by Hari travels they offered you blanket water bottle WiFi and when you was sitting in bus their is no such that type of service and bus staff also using ruffing languages
