I have been customer of medplus for 3 years, every month through online we used to order for 9k. Last month when we ordered we were asked to collect from the store.nToday when my mother went and ordered for medicine, in the morning, there were only few. She paid for complete order and said she will be collecting it in the noon, she also placed online order.nThey wanted to sell medicine to some one else, they are doing theft with old people, probably they would have sold it to others for 1000 bucks.nWhen she visited the shop in the evening, they treated her as if she was a thief and said we already gave you medicine, they don't even have a cctv to cross check, they made a 53 year old lady to stay there for 2hours and himiliated publicly indirectly making her feel she is a thief.nI am going to acknowledge the same in the higher level, for illtratement, civilisation, and torchering a women publically.nI wish to give negative ratings to them.
