I have been trying to get a slot from Biju for the past few days but haven’t heard back from him. I have called him at at least 10 times to check but most of the time the call isn’t going through. Once I managed to get in touch with him and he asked me to send him a msg with my email ID and even after good 4-5 days he hasn’t replied or confirmed to me on my slot to get a bike fit done. I am not sure if this is because of the increase in demand that has got him to develop this attitude but a simple can’t do or can do at this time would be a really helpful.nnI don’t recommend this place for a simple reason and that is the customer experience. I would rather go to a place where they are clear in communication! I understand there is a spike in the work load but a clear communication would have been highly appreciated.

There are better places to shop!nnI may have my reasons to return as a customer. You on the other hand have no right to comment or judge people you don’t know.nnTake it easy man. No need to comment on my personal life or my wealth. No need to judge.

Amazing Store. Too Real to be true. Biju is a Superman in Cycling. Only thing is you have to book an appointment before visiting. After that, Biju will deliver a 5 Star Experience. I have no doubt about that.

I reached out to the good folks at cycling boutique over their website and subsequently through their WhatsApp support number for some guidance during the buying process. Their customer support was fantastic and I was able to lock-in and pickup the perfect hydration pack from hydrapak.nThey were able to ship the product to me within Bangalore on a Sunday the same day as the order was placed.
