After reading the reviews I expected the staff to be professional but this is what happened with menn1) First therapist gave the massage but the technique was not rightn2) she had long nails that did hurt men3) I was supposed to get a body scrub from the second therapist - apparently she was have her lunchn4) I was told to wait for 5 to 10 minutes, now I was sitting in the room for 20 minutes and no one bothered to come and give any updaten5) I had to walk out and ask for the update and I was again told another 5 minutesn6) now this time I waited for 5 minutes and went out again and askedn7) The update given to me was that the second therapist is busy with another client - so what am I supposed to do nownnI took bath and came out and the front desk staff told me that there was a mix upnnI was also told there is steam as well and every room has steam but the one I was in did not havennSo waste of time and money

Extremely good place to get rejuvenated. Enjoyed spa after a long time. The ambience, facilities and most importantly the therapist. Kiki did her job marvellously and professionally. Even the front desk staff was polite and courteous and will have you gaining confidence that it’s safe and right place to get relax and rejuvenate. Will recommend with all positive feedback.

Spa like this was much needed for Belgaum city. The spa interior is amazing so as the hygiene. The overall experience from reception to taking the spa therapy n steam & shower was excellent. The therapist are technically sound in giving the massages. It's a must visit for people who seek for professional spa experience.
