Nice place to workout.. Machines and accessories are good..Cardio section is good as well..Ambience is good as well and a good environment to workout that boost your moral towards fitness..

Lots of trained ,"happy", trainers. You don't really need to have a private trainer since there are ample certified trainers who are happy to help and answer your queries. The Zumba, functional training and the Bollywood high energy dance arey favorite. Again, the people make this the best gym experience.

Superb gym I have ever workout. Floor trainers are very supportive. I am attached with Golds gym since dec 17. I got my 2 Mr. MP title from here in 2018. Superb Facility all around in lockers, Steam etc... Most importantly the feel u feel when u workout..Just join and get change your life and achieve your dream.
