guys we booked 13 rooms and banquet hall for marriage purpose. guys i wanna to tell u step by step problems that we faced. 1. one day ago hotel management asked to change menu that we choosed. 2. same day they changed guest room suddenly without cleaning them. toilets are very dirty. 3.lifts r not working properly guest were stucked in lift. 4. staff services are very poor. all thing are very bad if u want to insult yourself then go for sps inn....
