Location is not easy to find but localities will help if you ask.nNew building. Infrastructure and everything is fynnStaff is little lazy but not all some are working wellnI went through agent I didn't found any difficultynAnd track is worst for two wheelernAnd four wheeler we went for mudipu road in road he took testnAnd work is in progress in future they'll provide good track

RTO Bantwal located at Melkar is a highly corrupted office. Even if you come through filling the online application, office superintendent Mr Satish, will stop you and ask for some non-required document. Tried complaining in all official channels, but no use.nnHow to bribe Superintendent and get your work done?nIf you are going directly, keep ₹500 inside your application while submitting to Superintendent . (for normal address change kind of application). Never ask how much to pay. They will never tell and decline your work.nIf you are going through brokers, they will take care of paying the bribe, but will charge 50% extra. They are available in the same floor and called as Xerox centers.nnWhile paying the challan amount, clerk will ask for ₹60 more than the receipts. If you ask he will say that it is for the card. If you insist, it is guaranteed that your application will not move forward.

Very currupted .....Brokers are rudely behaving like basterds.. Please don't go with name called GANESH who staying in Bantwal..Very slim guy......I will beat him if he see him.
