Worst Experience, did not get which I ordered, not even on time, i followed up with Fnp team for refund, simple they do not refund, its just you are riaking your money, believe me the local online delivery is far better then fnp.

Pathetic and poor!!!! Worst quality service... Ordered cake for a morning slot and recieved it at night.... Will never order again

I ordered Rakhi to be delivered in Belgium, the order was processed online, they I got a email that could not delivered due to wrong address, the address I had give was correct still, I resend the address, then I got a message that because of initial wrong address they can not redeliver nor can they refund, then when I finally sent them proof that address I had given was correct then only did they redeliver, that to late after the actual delivery date. I feel they the website just want to take order without any intention of delivering it only to give some excuse that they cannot deliver, so if someone bothers to followup then only will they deliver.......seems like a organised SCAM :(

The worst app to use , overpriced and they dont help you at all with the order . Dont provide cancellations even on non delivered products and customer care is very impolite . Worst experience ever !

[Order : 17171786] I have ordered a rakhi set along with sweets on 23rd july... which was scheduled to be delivered on 1st August... on 24th july they have updated the ticket saying the delivery attempted and recipient reject the delivery.. But in reality no one came to the house or even called. its been a. week am trying to reach them and every time i get the same rply that bcz of covid they can't deliver now they will try tomorrow. i mean what is the point of taking order when u can't deliver?
