Ferns N Petals : Flowers Delivery In South Civil Lines, Jabalpur

This is not a genuine FnP store. Fake store is being run under the name of Ferns n Petals. Very unprofessional. No receipt provided. Made a big goof up by writing incorrect name on the cake. Lady is very rude.

The store owner is very rude, she cant take the orders rightly when asked to correct she asked for extra money, very unprofessional and she is using the name and brand of ferns and petals to sell her products ,i got a bill / receipt generated under some orchids flower shop. This proves she is a fake

I have ordered many a times from FnP, every time there is some or the other flaw, be it the wrapping paper or quality of the cake. Just want to say that, don't go with the pictures they post on their website. the product comes out to be the 3rd or 4th copy of the picture you see!! Not at all worth the price they charge! The least you guys can do is to send fresh flowers, if you cannot replicate the picture you share on website. You need to understand the customers expectation! Overpriced!!!!
