It is the part of Mysore palace. Mysore palace is one biggest palace in south India. The palace is situated at the middle of the Mysore city. Its like the heart of Mysore. The main attraction of the city is this. The entry fees of Mysore palace is Rs. 50.0 per person for adults, 30.0 per person Children between 10 - 18 Years, 50.0 per person for foreign tourists. The palace is huge & very beautiful . It is a historical palace and a royal residence at Mysore in the Indian State of Karnataka. It is the official residence of the Wadiyar dynasty and the seat of the Kingdom of Mysore. The palace is in the centre of Mysore, and faces the Chamundi Hills eastward. Mysore is commonly described as the 'City of Palaces', and there are seven palaces including this one; however, 'Mysore Palace' refers specifically to this one within the Old Fort. It is also known as also known as Amba Vilas Palace. The land on which the palace now stands was originally known as puragiri (literally, citadel), and is now known as the Old Fort. The size of the palace measures 245 ft. by 156 ft. It is such a nice place to visit.
