they take lots of unnecessary holidays and always a reason for problems ...sometimes there will be no trainers in floor always in unnenecesary meetings ..too much inconveneince for me and they only put hindi tamil songs be careful ul be in big trouble

I had joined gold's gym kuvempungar in February and right after I joined the lockdown started due to the pandemic and from March to August 10th the gym was closed that’s almost for 6months and the gold’s team is saying that the lost 6months will only be provided if we renew the membership that too they are gonna give only 3months extension !!’nSo if a person joined for 6months paying 15000 in March and his membership is till August and as the golds gym is providing the lost 6months only if renews the membership and the person doesn’t want to renew then that means the he paid 15000 for nothing which is really absurd.nEvery other gyms are providing extension for the lost months except for golds gym which is so called the best gym in India!nThis decision taken by the team is very wrongnAnd I as a customer is very unsatisfiednI need a proper action to be taken regarding this as it is the gym’a responsibility to provide us the lost months !

Not worth a star..nIrresponsible staff and owner..nThey make their own rules and regulations..nGeneral trainers are unfit to be trainers..nPersonal training cannot be afforded by every member..nNo steam at the gynnThey take money including steam n they don't provide..nManager and management is unfit..nCompletely it is not good one..
