I was having right thumb pain and was swollen due to working long hours during lockdown period. Shown the same to doctor and was under medication for almost a month but it did not reduce. Used wrist band for 2 months as suggested but that also could not help. Reached out to Puneeth sir through online classes and that's it. Within 15 days it has completely gone. Thank you so much sir for your help. Best part is, the money(very minimal) collected with yoga classes are used to promote yoga and our culture. Kudos to you sir ud83dude0c

Instructions by the trainer puneeth sir is so clear that even a beginner to yoga can pick up things easily. I say this because I m entirely new to yoga but I m able to follow and do things with ease. Very happy to be part of this academy.

Excellent yoga academy at Tumkur. Mr Puneeth K who is a very dedicated yoga trainer is helping many to keep their body healthy and fit from past 6 years and the charges is also very minimal. This academy also teaches pregnancy yoga which is very beneficial for both mother and baby.

The best yoga trainer Puneethanna I love his dedication towards yoga . I joined yoga on 1st of February 2016 and till this day because of services. For your kind information I m 48 years old living my life healthy.
