In Bhatkal Thasildar office on Saturday my wife went to add names on the existing ration card and he refused to accept saying that he is busy and come on Monday. When she went on Monday the same person said it will not be ready before Saturday and when she requested to get it done bit sooner he told his assistant to return the documents.nThis particular person was very rude, no public service whatsoever and totally unfit for the job. I request the government departments to employ more ladies because they have the sense of public service.
