I'm using it more than 3 months . Very good service , but news reports showing only negative report. Be frank , I don't have any complaints against kallada. Very good service. And helpful.

In my experience the ride and the service was good.. no troubles at all. And the behaviour of the staff was good.

The attender was kind enough to call me in advance before I board the bus, informing passengers to have their toilet needs and food needs. Keep it up.

Used to have very very rude staffs, i don’t know about now though, after the incident of staff’”s” hitting a passenger of their own bus with a stone in the head. So yeah that happened!!! And now you know how good they can be

Good service, friendly staff, kind driver who stops the bus for urgent toilet visits, comfortable. Timing can be improved
