Ordered paneer butter masala through swiggy, got something like a bland Chinese gravy.. if you are not able to deliver proper food, please don't list yourself in online food delivery apps, you can only cheat a customer once, but lost a customer for ever..

Superb customer friendly people...highly recommend for a family dinner...calm place with soft music in background... waiters are very friendly...

It's a good hotel , cozy and quiet . Parking space is not easy to find as it's in the heart of Thrissur - The Round where Thrissur Pooram is held. The hotel is old and was famous earlier . Now there are many hotels in Thrissur and hence Navratna is less busy compared to old times. Anyway the food is great . You won't get beef here though. Other non-veg foods are available.

Usually I would give 5 stars but presently,due to the current situation,the taste is not upto the mark as well as order is taking a much longer to get delivered

This hotel has been around in thrissur from years and just some name changes happened a while back, the ambience is the best and the food is great. What is not great is the price and the quantity. This fact can be dismissed mainly for people who prefer quality food more over quantity, although the quantity is just average for the price.
