Does a pretty good job in dry cleaning . Comparatively expensive than the competitions like snow white. It takes longer time to get dresses cleaned but the packing and cleaning is really nice . There is no parking as such but you can park it on the road side if you have someone in the car and get things done .

This is for everyone who are customers of Allure dry cleaners at Ayyanthole.nThis was a good place untill recent.nCurrebtly they have 0% customer service, 0% quality in service, 0% dedication.nMy family has been using services from Allure since the time they have began in the neighborhood.n1- Customer servicenSince past one week they are closing around 7-7:20 pmnWhen the shop used to function Till 8 pm.nNo answer to the calls and thrice we took all clothes and had to come back because the shop was closed.nYesterday around 6 pm my mother herself went to the shop and said she would reach by 7:45 pm to give clothes and the service boy had agreed. Irrespective of this when we reached the shop was closed.nWhen I had whsrsapped asking them to call back there was no response and when I had called today, the lady and boy who answered gave me a reason that concerned person who stands Till 8 pm is On leave and the service boy got exams and hence they can't provide service.nSo irrespective of being a customer for a very long time there is zero value and respect given and In entire conversation not even once they offerred to come and collect.nThey could only give explanations of why they can't provide service.nI believe they should close it since they don't value their customers. And these staff would be able to do it very soon since they have 0% interest and dedication in the Job.n2- Service qualitynthe amount of starch added on fabrics make it extremely stiff and uncomfortable to use. The requirements for starching etc is noted very keenly but nothing is seen when cloth is returned. Last year My mother had to throw away a Saree because of bad service.n3- Operational inefficiencynThere is always a lot of delay in delivery.nnWe always welcome any venture which gives good customer service and that narrows down every other issue. But here Allure at ayyanthole have become a complete wrong place for service.nSad to say, this is a bad place to give clothes for Dry wash etc services.nPlease don't use it.

Very very poor caustomer treatment. All who are giving good rating either working there or promoters. Good for spoilnig your material. I have there vouce record and video record how they treat customers
