I had given my settu saree for dry cleaning . when they returned after service it had stains from other clothes. When asked for explanation they said they are not responsible for it. On insisting they said they will rewash but no use. The stain still exists and customer care is not respondingnnAn year back they misplaced on of the curtains given for dry cleaning.nnThe staff are irresponsible and blame company for any mistakes. they say mistakes are common in this field.
