The staff/receptionist are very rude and unsupportive in nature. I visited the clinic at 12.05PM, the appointment was at 1PM, however the consultation happened at 5PM. No regrets.nnPost consultation, I requested for followup appointment but the receptionist denied saying that she has closed the accounts and asked me to call the following day. When I called today she is saying she cannot provide the followup appointment(using green card) when asked her reasons she just angrily hung up the call. Very pathetic experience.nnAlso one suggestion to those who are planning to visit. Keep patience as you have to at-least wait for 4-5 hours even if you have pre-booked appointment.
