Amazing service that will leave you in awe! My father is bed-ridden and terminally-ill having suffered a major stroke and with chronic kidney disease, so I am not able to venture much outside the house as I am taking care of him alone at home for the past two months, after nearly three months of hospitalization. His silicone Foley's catheter needed changing and I was delaying it as much as possible as I have to travel to Thiruvalla to get the required supplies. To my pleasant surprise, the first time that I called Med Mart, Shibu, who owns this firm promptly answered the phone, noted all my requirements and delivered them to me at 9 pm in the evening, on his way home, without charging me a single rupee for delivery! No fuss, no questions asked! He even asked me to call him if I required anything in the future! To give a customer more than he/she expects is true customer service goes the age-old corporate adage and Med Mart follows this principle to the hilt! I was a complete stranger when I had contacted Shibu but he cared enough to drop by my house to deliver the crucial supplies required for the procedure. Similar establishments in the area have a lot to learn from Med Mart. This came as a delightful shock to me as businesses in Kerala are generally notorious for poor customer service, their focus being on financial gain rather than selfless service. A dream come true, I am pleased that entities such as Med Mart are paving the way for a more consumer-oriented attitude and thus creating more demand for the customers who might not be in a position to physically travel to brick-and-mortar stores. My first experience with home delivery here and indeed a very memorable one! Best medical and surgical supplies store in the area - highly recommended!
