This is the one and only one peafowl sanctuary in Kerala. it is located remote area and you need to drive 16 km from National Highway 544 to reach this area. There is not much enthusiastic here but you can spend 2-3 hours in light treking to watch peafowls inside the sanctuary. Peafowls often flew to nearby houses near the sanctuary. They are arranging a lot of nature camps here. It is a little known place. It is not a well maintained tourist place of interest with bare minimum facilities.
