Comparatively small with the one in Kannur. At times one could find the staff always behind us , which is irritating at times, for whatever the reason it may be. Other than that all is good.
Good collection of items with ok parking space
Compared to other greens outlet s in kannur, this one is a little less maintained one. Not spacious nd feels suffocating. Service is good
Good Hypermarket... But sometimes staffs annoy us by walking behind us... Wherever we go or turn they will be just behind.... Helping is fine.. But this is really irritating.... Else everything is fine.....
Very bad customer service. My first visit to Greens . Had a lady at the counter refusing to bill an additional item. She was asked twice to attend customers at the bolling counter but refused to come from the baggage counter in spite of no customer at the baggage counter. The service people inside were mich helpful than at the billing. I urge the owner to look into the matter.
