The grotto and its surroundings is the base to the climb up to the Hilltop of St Thomas. It is packed with hordes of pilgrims during the festive season, but totally abandoned at other times.

Difficult terrain to climb but It's truly a spiritual place.

The pilgrim centre belongs to St. Thomas,one of the famous Catholic pilgrim centre in South India.

Very close to Kurisumudi and Manapattuchira at Malayattoor. Lot of pilgrims are visiting this place especially during Christian Holly week.
