It was my first trip to Munnar. A very serene place and Blackberry resort made it all the more blissful. Hospitality is remarkable, kudos to the entire staff. The location is at a great altitude and the suite was located at a place that offered breathtaking view. The reception was kind enough to call and notify us so that we don’t miss the sunset. Food was great and decently priced. They offered guided trek that took us through the forests, all the way to tea plantations.nNot a stay I would want to forget. Will definitely visit again!

One thing is clear about this hotel. The real value for money. This is an amazing hotel in an location. Great hospitality, welcoming nature of the entire staff is outstanding. The food is also mouth watering. The service of the staff is great. I would like to specially mention Mr Madan Kumar the Resort Manager was excellent with his Hospitality and Service.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed. It is so close to the nature. Views were awesome. Family friendly environment. Service was great. Staff was extremely professional. Food could have been better at the onsite restaurant (maybe limit the menu and make it tasty). Overall, we LOVED our stay! I very well recommend it.

Surrounded with trees and plants everywhere. Rare birds are common sight here. Apt for the present covid situation. Nicely built spacious rooms and valley facing HORNBILL restaurant everything is good here
