Hospitality and the staff behaviour are the main plus points of the resort. All the other facilities and amenities are decent, but not up to the 5 star resort mark. Though it is a very good place to stay, it is more like a 3 star resort charging 5 star prices. Unavailability of Ala carte option for dinner(maybe unavailability of resources due to the pandemic) is a setback, given that the buffet options might be unfamiliar or uncommon.nOn a whole, with the provided facilities and amenities, the place is good to visit and stay, but on comparing with other 5 star resorts, does fall a little behind.nIf the same was promoted and advertised as a 3 or even 4 star, the rating would be 5/5.

This resort is situated 17 km away from munnar town if you are coming from Cochin side. The resort is situated more into residential area, having that said early morning and night there will be fog more over you can get nice view of mountains also, so location doesn't matter. The customer service is pretty good and satisfactory. Overall this resort is for people planning to spend there weekend or vacation with family.

Excellent resort.. great view.. hospitality was really great and fantastic.. loved the camp fire setup in the evening with music.. a little far away from Munnar proper... climate during nov end 2020 when v stayed was cold to chill.. so overall experience was amazing.. will definitely recommend and would love to come and stay there again

Location is amazing, easily accessible, quite clean, rooms are comfortable, very good food even in covid times, courteous staff, maintenance is excellent, would love to go back. Would definitely recommend. You will feel nostalgic when you return..
