A lovely place! You get an awesome view of the Ponmudi lake that's really wonderful.nRooms, pool, restaurant and a walkway, everywhere you can enjoy the lake view. Good hospitality too. Pool should have been little bigger though.

Very poor hospitality. We booked premium room and they provided us deluxe room.we booked the room through pH and communicated to a staff named Thasni (she is based on Ernakulam office). Staff do not have any communication between them. we questined about the room and she shouted to us. Other thing is if we lock the room we need to call the staff to open it. Will never revisit the resort.nBreakfast was delicious. The lake view is also good.

The views from the property were breathtaking , and staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The property could have been better maintained though. The pool was quite dirty and there were 2-3 power cuts (very short) while we were there. Room designs could have been more luxurious too, given that it's an expensive property.

Nice location facing dam and situated on great heights. Nice location if u want a calm stay and not willing to go much outside. Resort location and food is awesome..

Excellent resort in the middle of peaceful atmosphere. We checked in along with my friends for a full day. This is a place with jungle feeling. Everything was perfect.
