Very bad experience . Chambayil petrol pump is one of the worst indian oil petrol pump in terms of customer service.nn1. No greetings from staffn2. No welcoming faces and looks very rude when we were going there for filling petrol .n3. Staff doesn't have any access like when we go for UPI wallet payments, need to wait till SMS to their phone. Some times waited for 15 minutes after seeing successful payment in customer phone. They didnt try to check account statement or doesn't have access

I experienced bad behaviour from the employee. Nice place and good quality fuel. Please try to improve your interaction with customers .

Good petrol pump they are friendly and good place there have more facility for drinking water and going to toilet staffs are good people
