Motorola service center

Very bad service. The front office staff was irresponsible, unprofessional and impolite. The work took too long and the problem wasn't solved. The center never updated the progress of the work. We had to keep on calling them to speed up the work.nAnd there was decolonization as seen in the photo.nThey were cordial enough to refund the initial payment.

Service is good but they are charging excessively. For simple issues one can depend some other service centers locally..

Please try to avoid this service center if you love your phone.nThe technical team is so careless that they will crack and damage your back panel and tell silly excuse that it is made of glass so opening it causes some scratches.nI went there in 05 Nov 2020 to replace the battery of my moto g6 play they charged me 1800 INR and gave estimate instead of the invoice.

The place is neat and well maintained. Prompt service and well behaved staff. The place is a bit difficult to notice from traffic.

Pretty good service. They broke the back panel of the phone when given for replacing the battery. They themselves took the initiative of getting the panel as well changed. Didn't have to involve in any argument. Good work
