I just wanted to share how delightful the whole experience had been while dealing with International Travel Forum. They have a great team of people working to make your travel as painless as possible. I personally had a lot of interaction with Madame Anita Sharma – she is brilliant.

Anita and her crew went beyond what was expected to provide an itinerary for our group of six that could not have been better. She provided sound guidance, kept in contact with us while we were on the road and made adjustments when we asked. Each of us came home happy to have worked with her.

Very cordial staff, met all my travel needs to my full satisfaction. Would recommend every one to take their services.

Horrible customer service. I was getting my Singapore visa get done through them and when there was a problem, I reached out trying to ask what can be done to resolve that. Note that it is their agent that did not get a document from me despite my telling verbally about my travel plans. Because of this missing ticket to Vietnam, I was issued a visa with too short a validity. Anyway, I had no intention to point figures and just wanted them to cooperate and help me out. Understand that I'm sitting in Indore and visa is done in Mumbai and my travel date not far away. My whole concern is to get it fixed in time.nEnter ITF's owner Anita who began her phone call accusing me that it is my responsibility to submit Vietnam tickets as well (isnt this why we have agents so that they can tell us exactly what is needed?) and saying things to the effect of - 'the only reason I'm talking to you is because you gave reference of XYZ'. I'm sorry but I paid you as well, so just treat me as a client who now needs help. She did not like the fact that I began to reason that the problem might lie with them and so she said 'go to hell' and slammed down the phone.nOk, I breathe and call them back. I'm told Anita will call me back. I wait for couple of hours but nothing. So, I call again and now she again talks in an accusing tone and kept saying, 'I dont have time for you'. I am sorry but I am your client and I am calling you in office hours because my travel date is approaching. It is expecting professionalism and ethics, it is called client service but God help me.nThe lady is shockingly unprofessional and egoistic. I do not understand her problem, I was just left stranded, she wont even tell me what can I possibly do as next steps to get my conundrum solved. So, that was that. I am now figuring out on my own what can be done. I dont mind paying someone else because I cannot talk to this unprofessional woman anymore. It is unbelievable what goes by in India. The thing is they know that they can shrug off their responsibility, what can I do after all? I know this review wont matter much but if you read this, do yourself a favor, try another agent.
