I booked the cab from bhopal to singrauli on tentative basis I gave them advance and they told me that they will return the complete amount if I cancel the reservation with in 2days due to some issue I had to cancel my trip and informed them with in 1 day but now they are not at all picking up the calls and not returning the money this is very very disappointing the name of the person who has taken money form me is NARENDRA SINGH RAJPUT, guys please beware of this robber I am not able to get my money back in this covid crisis...nnDear Mr. Narendra Singh and company please don't misguide the public and the customers I am attaching the screenshot on which it is clearly mentioned that I have paid money to you...nnGuys let me clear you a very important thing if you will pay the advance and unfortunately if you are not able to travel they fristly they will assure you that they will pay the money but once you pay to them.nThey will not return the money easily I had to warn them that I will go to Police if I will not get my money backnThen they refunded my money I had to suffer a lot.nnI will request each and everyone to not to make any booking from this cheat and Fraud people and company specially 'NARENDRA SINGH RAJPUT'

Very Professional, Trained drivers, I found the response and service from travel agency to be excellent. Prompt reply of emails. Overall good experience.

I'm very much disappointed with their services.nActually I have booked a cab from bhopal to singrauli, but dates wasn't confirmed. Mr. Narendra Singh Rajput taken advance money from me but he told me that if I will cancel this booking whole amount will be refund. But unfortunately I have to cancel my trip because of lockdown.nAnd I have to face a lot of difficulties to get my money back, I called him continuously bt the dint picked up calls.nThis is very disappointing for me in this time of crisis.nGuys do not trust these chitters.
