I used their tourist cab for transfer from Bhopal to mumbai drop, during COVID-19 period and found them expert in their duty. Driver was wearing mask, keeping hand sanitizer. When we get the cab, it was already fully sanitized and whenever we went out for journey break and return back to join the cab, it was again sanitized. We are very much confident of their service.
