Popularly known as velankani church, it's is affiliated to the Velankani shrine in Tamil Nadu. The shrine is located off the main road and is surrounded by residential buildings from all sides and therefore is not visible from the road. One might have to ask for instructions. The novenas in late August to sept before the mount feast attracts huge crowds. Regular masses are held year round.

A peaceful and blessed place to pray. The Blessed sacrament is downstairs from the church office but you must go there. It is beautiful and so calm. You feel so peaceful.
