St. Stephen church is the only protestant in Bandra among catholic Churches. It's small, cute and very peaceful. It was built in Neo-Gothic architecture in the 1800's and looks like a little old town cottage. The most attractive feature of the church is the stain glass window above the alter. It depicts three biblical events in the new testament, stoning of Stephen to death, ascension of Christ & Paul's encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus. Must visit, it's a humbling experience.

It's a small church with a gr8 congregation. Love going to church here. It recently celebrated its 175th Anniversary.

Beautifully maintained with gorgeous stained glass windows. The simple but elegant interiors are peaceful and serene, conducive to prayer and meditation.
