I came to health sq for shoulder and back pain. Initially I was treated with traction and IFT. Although IFT didn't work great, but traction helped in my lower back pain treatment. Then the exercise routine was started. Alongwith exercise, needle therapy was also done for my shoulder. After a couple of sessions, shoulder pain reduced and now it is gone. But it needs regular exercise and stretching to keep it that way. Which is the case for any treatment. The physiotherapist is always motivating to push hard. In the end it is upto you whether you want to get treated or not. My experience with health sq was good and positive. Highly recommended!
Health square is renowned physiotherapy center run by dr Kunal and Dr Nidhi..it's a well equipped physiotherapy center with lots of facilities for elders and specially for children having autism, learning disabilities or delay...the dr couple are very knowledgeable and experienced.nThey offer everything needed in physiotherapy under one roof...nThey also used to offer gym and physiotherapy equipments...
