Frustrated with the service provided by Concorde Motors Baner. Bought Tata Hexa in May 2019. They delivered wrong color for Tata Hexa and they weren't even apologetic for the same. Their sales executives have no knowledge about the vehicles. And now only 5000 kms and both the front tyres completely wore out (Note that wheel alignment was done at 2000 kms and this vehicle is rear wheel drive). Submitted my vehicle for inspection on Aug12,2019 and they is still unable to find what the problem is. Now they are asking for partial payment for the old tyres so they can install new ones. Not recommending #ConcordeMotorsPune and #TataMotors to anyone. #negativereview.

Tata owned showroom, service station only charges for what is required. No cheating with customers, helpful staff

GO TO OTHER COMPANY LIKE NEXA OR SKODAnIF u still want TATA.. Poor customer service. They will screw your buying experience by not delivering your vehicle on time. I bought tata tiago xz+ on 28th July, smart plate not provided yet. Accessories promised not provided yet. No one receives your call once you have paid them and you have taken the delivery. Mostly all Concordes are same, as they have a monopoly all over india. TATA needs to address this else they will continue facing horryfying low sales figures as always.
