Sadly couldn't experience their service. Called on the phone asking if cleaning can be done the same day to which person said yes and to show the car once before confirming package. To my disappointment, staff on ground said they can't take the vehicle as they don't have a slot and that they were moving their station to near Karishma society, Kothrud. I can understand the load but atleast don't call me all the way there to get your less than helpful consultation if the work isn't going to be done. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly but these guys don't take much responsibility of getting stains or marks off your vehicle.

Feel totally let down by service provided. Having used 3M service with Toyota, this franchise has staff who hear what they want hear. They simply hear, not listen to customer. Apparently when they vaccum seats, they leave stains on it. Weird ! Anyhow,will not recommend karvenagar franchise to any friends and family for sure. Hope the Borawakes are reading these comments.

Had a very bad experience not from the service but from Mr Yogesh who works in this branch. He promised me thrice on phone that he arranged appointment at Hinjewadi branch, but he had not done that. Also, he did not send any confirmation and kept saying that he would. He was committing the service appointment and duration without consulting the Hinjewadi branch it seems!nSo don’t trust this person if you go to this branch and book appointments. The lady at Hinjewadi branch was kind enough to still accept my vehicle for the next day.nPlease beware of this person! This is a honest customer feedback!
