I just started workout from 1 month but really feel good about my workout. .. I can see changes in my body.. they are really good at teaching and they provide very good diet consultation .. very friendly environment really good .. I love this gym

Its a well-equipped, clean and spacious gym. The staff is very supportive. The washroom n changing rooms are super clean.. I highly recommend Intense gym for those who are seeking serious transformation along with excellent guidance on workouts & diet.

It is well equipped gym with almost all machinery required for good workout. It is spacious, so no worries of crowding. The workout area and the changing room is very clean. The trainers are very polite and friendly and give proper attention and guidance.

My first time ever joining a gym and it is really good..The gym is well equipped and the trainers are really nice. As a guy who's never worked out before u thought going to gym would be really hard but they ease you into different level of workouts based on your body, so it's been really good..

One of the good gym in Nashik. Gym equipment are of a leading brand. Ample space and less crowd.
