New building is constructed nicely keeping in view the comfort of NMC staff but who is going to teach the staff about punctuality, discipline and behaviour. The staff most of the time not remain on their seats, if you happen to find someone they are so rough in their replies which cannot be explained in words. Less said is better, I feel APEX bring the change which is visible now but as soon as apex get charged things will come to square one. The staff of NMC is getting their salaries from our taxes but they are not loyal to their masters who are giving them bread and butter. GOD ONLY CAN SAVE THE PEOPLE OF NAGPUR.

Always server down. Can not make any complaint online. Their cleaning staff only burn garbage early in the morning at Hudkeshwar naka Bus Stop.

Disclaimer first: this review is valid only till Mr. Tukaram Munde is the Commissioner. Functioning has improved drastically when this man joined the office. It seems the old rusted, muted machinery of NMC just got an electric shock and has started to function. One complaint to Commissioner and the NMC gets into action as if they have angel of Death behind them. Otherwise it was as pathetic as Corporations usually are. The lethargy is so contagious that most Commissioners get infected by it. When one man can do it then how can’t others do like him.
