I once travelled with this travels from Latur to Pune. I had got the last sleeper seat available. So was already expecting a bumpy ride. But the worst part about the experience was that their windows were broken and it kept making loud thudding noise all the time that i could not sleep for even a minute. I even asked the staff to do something to fix the problem, and they put a piece of newspaper which did not help at all. They really need to learn to maintain the vehicle.
